About Çatalköy

Çatalköy is a settled village of olive and citrus groves immediately east of Kyrenia, with a mountain backdrop and the area's strongest everyday amenities and dining. It functions as a near-town "transition market" between Kyrenia and the eastern coast — popular with families and lifestyle buyers, and framed by agents as a capital-growth location. The adjacent village of Bellapais, with its Gothic abbey, and The English School of Kyrenia sit next door. The market here is villa-dominated and apartments are scarce: listings broadly range from about £429,950 to £1,500,000, with entry villas £430,000–£550,000, mid-market £600,000–£850,000, and premium villas £950,000–£1,500,000. Beaches (Şayna and Cornaro) are a short drive, Kyrenia town is ~6 km, and Ercan Airport ~30 km. Every foreign purchase requires Permission to Purchase and title-deed due diligence.
